"The menu was actually accurate"
I used Olo to order lunch, and I was kind of surprised in a good way because the menu actually matched what the restaurant had. Like, the prices were the same, the toppings and add-ons were all there, and even the stuff that was sold out was marked correctly. That sounds basic, but I’ve definitely used other ordering sites where the menu is slightly off and then you don’t find out until after you’ve already placed the order.
My order went through just how I entered it, with no random substitutions, missing options, or confusing changes after the fact. I know it’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but when you pick a specific lunch because you’re craving that exact thing, it’s really nice when the restaurant actually has it and the order comes through correctly. I’d use it again for sure.

Onboarding was smooth overall. I got a little confused during the first few steps, but once I kept clicking around it somehow made sense, so I’d say the setup was easy even though it wasn’t totally obvious at first.

Olo support got back to me quickly and helped get it sorted without turning it into a whole big thing. there was a little back and forth, but in the end it got fixed and everything was fine. overall, a Good experience...

I don’t really think twice when using it, which is a good sign. My payment info feels secure, and I haven’t had any random charges or weird login problems. So in my head I’m like, okay, this is working the way it should.

"A little late, but it got here"
I ordered through Olo and the food did arrive, but it was about 20 minutes later than expected. Not a huge deal, but when you’re already hungry and watching the time, those extra minutes feel a lot longer. The order was still correct, so I might use it again—just probably not when I’m in a hurry

Maybe I missed something, but the pricing didn’t feel totally clear until I got to the final checkout step. Would’ve been nice to see the fees earlier.

My order was ready when I got there, so that was a relief. I did have to wait a little bit, which was kind of annoying at first, but the pickup itself was easy once everything got moving.

I had a little tech issue when I was placing my order—the page froze the first time, which was mildly annoying. But reading between the lines, it seemed more like a random glitch than a bigger problem. I tried again, the order went through, and everything was correct when I picked it up. Pickup was easy too, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I placed my order and got the confirmation almost right away, which was nice. I checked the little details like the items, pickup time, and total, and everything looked right. The whole process was simple with no weird extra steps or issues. i appreciate when it just works and I don’t have to call the restaurant to double-check anything. Solid experience overall.

Olo is okay for ordering, I guess. Like, once I’m in, it usually does what I need it to do. But the login/password stuff is where it gets annoying. Sometimes it remembers me, sometimes it suddenly doesn’t, and then I’m stuck retrying or resetting things when I’m just trying to order food quickly. Not a terrible app or anything, just kind of frustrating in that moment. 3 stars feels about right.

I used the mobile ordering on my phone and it was easy enough. I can’t remember if I placed it right before leaving or maybe a few minutes earlier, but either way it worked fine and didn’t give me any trouble.

I’ve used Olo a handful of times to order food, and the payment side isn’t always the smoothest. Most of the time my card goes through without any trouble, so it’s not like it doesn’t work at all.
That said, I did have one time where I got charged but the order didn’t show up right away, and that was frustrating. The refund wasn’t exactly quick either, so I can’t say I wasn’t annoyed waiting on that.
Overall, it’s not terrible or nothing, but I do wish the payment updates were clearer and more reliable. I’d give it 3 stars because it does work, just not consistently enough for me to fully trust it yet.

"Steady even when the dinner rush hits"
We’ve been using Olo for our online orders, it’s been one of those tools I don’t have to think about much, which is a good thing. On busy Friday nights when the kitchen is already moving fast, the tickets still come through like they’re supposed to, and we’re not standing around wondering if the system froze again like we had with a couple others.
I think we’ve had maybe one little lag in the last few months, but it cleared up quickly and didn’t turn into a whole thing. It just makes the shift feel a lot less stressful when you know the orders are going to land where they need to without babysitting the system.

I found the restaurant, picked what I wanted, and checked out without getting sent through a bunch of ridiculous extra pages. Payment went through fine too, which is always a relief.
Nothing too fancy to say beyond that. It worked, it saved me from making a phone call, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Canceling wasn’t no hassle"
I had to cancel my order on olo.com, and it wasn’t no nightmare like I thought it might be. I found the cancel option quick, got the confirmation right away, and didn’t have to call nobody. The refund info was clear too, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Overall, it was smooth and not stressful at all.
